The staffs were quick to cater clients who just arrived the office. They were attentive and polite. They followed official business hours.
The place itself was clean. The public comfort room was always kept clean by the staff. Documents were stacked properly and other things were organized.
The present barangay captain was welcoming when we visited. He was all ears during the conversation and he was very good at addressing public concerns.

Nice neighborhood although I find it excessively expensive for the house quality. Then I guess you’re paying for safety and security.
Houses do look pretty; however, its workmanship and some of the materials used are so-so. For instance, one of the models we’ve stayed in for almost a year had PVC flooring and wall tiles that started warping over time. The same happened to the baseboard inside the two bedrooms.
Empty lots are not groomed which serve as breeding spot for insects and snails. Unlucky are those who live beside these areas.
But among all expensive subdivisions, Villa Conchita may be a good option. Naay mini wet market outside the premises. Naa pud 7/11, water refilling station, money transfer agents and general merchandise stores nearby. There’s accessibility to public transportation.
