Eyes of the Tiger
1 reviews on 1 places
Before the Pandemic left 1 star review
So given them another chance and visited again
**Awful awful extremely awful place**
(Still same after 4 years )
Parents are sitting in the soft play area that is supposed to accommodate only babies and very young children's , 5-6-7 of them so if you have a baby there is no away you can find a space for your little one ,
If you have childrens age of 4-5-6 they are not permitted to enter the babies and toddlers area but the babies and Toddlers are allowed to enter older children's area. Despite I made a complaint about it to those young girl's who were standing behind the cash register area they did not take any action they did not bother to go and speak to the parents who were in the older children's section area was told that
"ITS A COMMON SENSE INIT?
THEY SHOULDN'T BE THERE AT FIRST PLACE!
Well instead of standing there just walk and have a word with them!
NO they didn't so we left instead.
Extremely compact and depressing with dark atmosphere,
Carpets tiles are out dated ,
Some parents are obviously knows the rules so they bring their foods into the premises and hide them from the staff.
For the management clients numbers are not restricted so can be difficult for little ones to run and enjoy in the very extremely limited area.
Obviously the management only likes to criticise the clients who left lower star reviews instead of improve the quality of the staff and environment.
Weekends only for private functions:)
Good luck if you are going!
