Sweet little shop in the library. If you can catch it while it's open there's a lot of fun things to look at!

Who rents out the area below an apartment complex to a bar and recording studio? A bunch of students have to pay thousands of dollars to live here and they can't even get a regular night of sleep?
Any ways the staff and maintenance are wonderful of course. Kudos to the people who actually keep this building running.
