Went in the store to pick up a online package. The clerk was helpful, however the Manager was extremely rude. I asked the clerk if there was a rest room, she then directed me to where it was. The manager who was standing by the door stated " she can't take that bag back there.", as if I was not standing there. The Manager then proceeded to yell to another clerk that was in the back. Its a customer back here, stay back here until she leaves. How rude. If this is how lane bryant treats their customers, I will never shop there again.
