i had my first laser appointment today and came in pretty nervous but i was BLESSED to have Ala doing it. She was so gentle and explained every step of the process. she made sure i was comfortable the whole time and adjusted her speed to my liking. i always hear horror stories about stuff like this but this was truly so quick and easy. definitely making sure i get her next time.
