Had my two kids for circumcision procedure early this year. Front staffs were friendly. Prior communication on the phone was good to. That were the plus points. But can't say the same with the surgical session: while the anesthesia may be given benefit of the doubt, both two my kids still remember the procedure as lying on the table with excruciating pain throughout (sharp pain to be exact). No reassurance from the medical practitioner, no reviewing if anesthesia really achieved, no communication with the kids (i.e. the patient). No post op care given. No signs of empathy.
