Initially they were very willing to help when making the sale, turns out we were ill advised. When asked for a refund we were told there’s a fee for that, but given our reasons they would take it off, except they couldn’t on the store system, we’d have to ask customer services. Customer services on the phone say they can’t, we have to ask the store. No one taking responsibility for what we were told claiming it’s the system, no it’s policy, cs can do it, no, store can do it. An absolute waste of time and still not had a resolution after staff have made all the blunders.
