Probably my new favorite meat place in London; it’s just insanely good.
The food is nothing short of perfection. The great taste of smoked meat is complemented with spot-on sides that bring a balanced acidity to the place. The meat is nicely glazed and of superior quality. The tartare is a must-try, as well as the pork belly.
The service is excellent, quick, and incredibly friendly. I waited at the door for less than a minute, during which they apologized a few times for making me wait.
The ambience is nice but the place is very crowded and the tables are not spaced out so it’s hard to talk, but that’s probably the only downside.
The price quality ratio is great, it seems that the guys forgot about inflation and keep prices steady.
