Never have I had such awful USPS service in my life than what I have experienced from this inept branch. This past year has been especially awful. Both letters (cards from family and bills from senders such as TECO and Spectrum) and packages have been wrongly returned to senders. The post office has told the senders either: 1. I do not live at my address (I've lived at my address for almost a decade!) or 2. That the mail had an "incomplete address" when in fact the address was 100% correct.
Just this past week a friend, who is on a fixed income, lost out on a great deal of money sending me a package that was incorrectly returned by this branch. I went to the branch, in person, to try to pick up the package after I saw on the tracking website that it was not delivered by the time and date promised due to an "incomplete address." My friend sent me a picture of the package and the address was NOT incomplete. I was told by the woman at the branch that the package would be intercepted when the mail person returned from their route that day and I could pick it up the next day. I was promised a phone call the next day to confirm they had the package. Instead, 2 days later, I get a voicemail stating they returned the package to the sender.
I have complained multiple times but nothing changes. This is the most pathetic, incompetent group of postal workers I could ever dream up.
