Overall the service was good regarding communication and the video sent with explanation etc. I appreciate they checking on all of it. However there were grease marks from the workers hands in the care (which were cleaned by the service representative when I identified them) and also a light was on my dashboard as I left the dealership. The response was to come back, but was delayed enough that I was already at work and could not waste more time getting back to the dealership. I feel that all these things should have been done and checked prior to give me the car back. Additionally since my car was 2 days in the shop, I needed to arrange a rental car+ubers (to pick it up) instead of offering me a loaner care for those 2 days.
