Had a fabulous day with my daughter and grandchildren. Lovely Santa’s grotto, Santa was great, spent a lot of time talking to the children and it was nice not to be rushed through. My grandson loved being able to pick his own present from the elf who was so friendly and helpful and the selection of toys was really good. Also enjoyed decorating the gingerbread men. All the staff we’re very friendly and helpful we had a great day despite the weather.
