I've only been with D 2 D a very short time, following problems with my previous pharmacy (I have not been right all year with chest and throat problems yet anti biotics have not been dispensed quickly, plus other issues - so I thought it was time for a change
IM SO PLEASED I DID!
I rang first to explain I took alot of meds anyway, then I've had a non shifting puzzle aswell.. Christine was very patient and helpful.
Today, for instance, I spoke to my GP at 11-11.10am and the meds were delivered at 3.30pm!!
If that's not 5* service, then what is!?!
A previous time, my GP released a prescription around 4pm, it was delivered the next day at 10.30am.
Last time I was issued with a green paper prescription and went in person - but even though that was incorrect, I was helped and served immediately (I told the offending GP today, its online only 😉)
When they see 'emergent' treatments, they definitely get them out quickly
