Had a nice dinner at Pilot House. We were seated in the adjacent bar, which wasn't as cozy as the restaurant but it was raining out and we were just glad to be accommodated. Decent chowder and fettuccine. Buddha bowl was okay, not amazing. Wait staff was excellent and very attentive.

Had a lovely anniversary dinner here. We loved the sangria and the blueberry ale. The vegan burrito bowl was excellent. My wife loved the lobster roll as well. Nice atmosphere. Attentive service.

Definitely has all the signs of a tourist trap, but is extremely beautiful and a great way to experience the majestic waterfalls without a harrowing jungle climb. The captive animals don’t look particularly happy to be there, but the place is immaculately kept and hopefully they are rescued animals. In several areas you are inside the open bird, frog and butterfly enclosures, so you can get up close and personal. Overall, I’d definitely visit again. Lots of fun restaurants and shops along the road nearby, which we were told have better food at much lower prices. We went to Soda Amitai and loved it.

Fantastic castle with lots of fun areas to explore. The place is vast and has lots of towers and tunnels that our kids loved. The views of the river and surrounding vineyards were fantastic. The hotel looked very nice. We parked our bikes in town and hiked up to the castle, which was a nice steep walk. Definitely worth the visit.

Cool little hot spring. It’s down at the very bottom of the stairs in case you have trouble finding it.
