Edit - I'm convinced this building management is running a scam. I haven't heard back about my security deposit MONTHS after moving out, and when I finally did, I learned that they sent my deposit to the wrong address. It has been 4 months. Their accounting department is a mess. Reliable is the last word I would use to describe this building when literally everything, from their elevators to their management office, is falling apart. The pool is disgusting, the vents are noisy, the garage doors break every other business day.

The leasing office is responsive and quick when you're a prospective tenant or when they need to charge you for something, but good luck chasing them down and getting them to respond when you need anything from them after you sign your lease.

Great place to learn how to XC ski. What a fun workout! There was a very long line to get rentals at 8:45AM on Saturday, so I recommend dressing in layers as you may be standing around for quite some time. There were a lot of beginners (myself included) but people were generally very nice and patient, except for one lady who told people to move out of her way. The staff were wonderful and plenty of social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizers to make me feel safe and comfortable. You are responsible for your own property, but there were signs posted and staff reminded us to pick up our IDs after returning our rentals. I can't believe people would post a negative review due to their own lack of awareness!
