The wait even with an appointment is hours. The front desk and nurse staff are unprofessional and careless. Once you do get called back, it's at least another hour or two before you see the nurse practitioner. THEN, you have to wait up to another hour for a nurse to come back in to tell you it's okay for you to go. God forbid they have to do any type of paperwork because there goes another two hours. This place is awful.
