I am glad to see that Dineen opened up a location just north of the city. It appears there is a lot of foot traffic here already but I was still able to score a seat in the morning. There is also ample parking which makes it very convenient for customers.
The Pain Au Chocolat was pretty average compared to similar spots. The pastry was somewhat deflated and not very flaky giving me the impression it had been made a while ago. The Iced Vanilla Latte was the perfect temperature and not too sweet but the espresso had a really sour and somewhat bitter aftertaste which made it difficult to drink but I am assuming this was a one off given the rave reviews online.
Overall, I like the vibe of this place especially seeing as though I did not have to go all the way downtown. Definitely a cool spot to hang out. The prices are pretty reasonable too. I hope to return one day to give this place another shot.
