First time I got tea from this place and everything seemed to be going well until I was told the price of my drink which didn’t match the menu. I asked why it wasn’t as advertised and was told because I asked for no ice, I was charged extra! Couldn’t believe they charge for removing ice. No other tea place that I’ve been to does this. At least if they told me upfront it wouldn’t have come as such a surprise. Definitely won’t be buying from this place again.
