Dr. yeung is amazing and knows what he is doing. As for his receptionist she is rude, has no phone etiquette, and is the first responder for patient care. Where I do understand there maybe language barriers, access to care is apart of the Canadian health act. Disregarding, hanging up, and acting aggressive with patients, is essentially declining their access to care as they won’t feel represented with this. They need to change their receptionist and hire someone who knows how to do the job.
