For those that are concerned about timing: I went this Sunday during Spring Break, Easter and Passover holiday so it was very busy but completely manageable. I read the instructions on the tickets and made sure to get to the Zoo a 1/2 hour before my scheduled reservation. I also made sure to follow the instructions to the correct parking lot. There was plenty of parking and it took no time at all. To be safe we actually got there an 45 mins before and they were nice enough to allow us into the earlier group. The staff is friendly and go out of there way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. To be clear- even the easy courses are very challenging and my 9 year old daughter and I have climbed and ziplined before. The beginning was especially hard and there are spots where my daughter couldn't reach and struggled. But we got through it and took our time after fumbling in the beginning. The zipling over the river at the end was the highlight because it was super thrilling and felt like a reward for all of our hard work. If you're looking for something fun and easy then i would say just do the zipline. If you you want to be adventurous and challenge yourself- then do the treetop adventure and ziplining. But prepare yourself for a lot of unclipping and clipping your belay/carabiner. you'll need some upper body strength. My only negative comment was that someone was needed at the very beginning of our course. Other than that- you could always find a friendly and helpful staff member.
