Spegeln is a place to support if you love the movies. As a rare independent theatre that mixes new releases with screenings of old classics, themed events and even sing alongs I have nothing but love for this place.

Sure, it’s a little worn. And it’s not an “imax all bells and whistles”- place. But the moment you step in you feel the passion for cinema in every inch of the venue.

Food, snacks and drinks are available in some showings and if you get an opportunity to watch a movie in one of the living-room feeling bistro-salons you should make the most out of it.

There’s really only two cinemas worth the visit I Malmö - Royal for the excellent screen and sound setup. And Spegeln for its atmosphere.
