Nice place to pull in... then turn around and leave. They aren't very helpful when asking questions and their website is practically useless. They don't like anyone besides their customers getting out of the river at their spot... EVEN IF you offer to pay them. So... don't plan on parking your outfit there even though there's PLENTY of room without hindering their business and it's not taking a dime out of their pocket. You can't even pay them to let you park there.
They REALLY need to break up their drop off times below the dam because they act like they own the whole river. They drop off DOZENS of people at the same time and it's hard to get past them in a kayak because they're all bunched up and squeezed together... especially at the trestle.

So much has changed since my last visit! The edges of the trail have been widened... much appreciated when posing other pet owners and needing to give the other dogs a wide berth. I was a bit sad to see the wasn't as many gentle slope access areas to the river for the more physically challenged... like myself. My dog enjoys a cold drink while we're walking.
The new portion of sidewalk from 1050 W is a great addition! There were a few spine jarring hidden holes in the lawn that caused me to fall a few times.
