Very Big & nice Masjid
My 1st visit here was in the middle of year 2013.
In June 2018, I started living here.
Very expensive rent when FAB has the property till Aug 2019.
Building provides maintenance service, has security & parking (but seems very limited)
Big problems,
1. There's only 1 Car access to enter, there's two more access points but always kept closed as proper asphalt Road has not been laid.
2. No sewer network in the area, tanker come in the area every day.
Dangerous issue,
very close to Maliha road - there's a lot of heavy vehicle movement, hence SHJ authorities must improve the adjacent junction, surrounding approach roads, pedestrian walk ways, at few locations provide concrete barrier protection & crash cushion.

Only place in Sharjah for conducting all types of transactions related to Engineering Design Drawings Approvals & Obtaining all the final certificates as well.
