The taste is excellent, the consistency of the rice is perfect for sushi, as is its flavor.

La arquitectura del lugar es impresionante, la iluminación es maravillosa ya que en su mayoría, aprovechan la luz natural, pero a mi parecer le hace falta un poco mas de diversidad entre el material expuesto.
