New owners??? Rude and not customer friendly at all, no smiles, not helpful and prices have gone thru the roof - i wont be buying from here again. I ordered 3 parma and chips and asked if i could have vegetables with one of the parmas instead of chips - no they couldn’t do that. I asked "you cant just swap the chips for some vegies please??" Was told no we can't do that!! Why not? Because this is our menu.
So I ordered 2 parma and chips and 1 plain schnitzel with vegies and gravy. Chips were overcooked and dry, parmas both fell apart - very soggy. The plain schnitzel and vegies were cold and the gravy lumpy. The man behind me wanted a chicken pack with chips and salad - he only wanted 1 salad with it instead of 2 - no we can't do that because it comes with 2 salads!!! Do they really not understand what customers want - they've lost me!
