I am appalled by the service i received here

I was trying on a pair of trousers now they fit but i thought a bigger size would be better as theyd feel more free and comfortable?

So i asked my friend to go and ask for an XL so she did and she came back and informed me that the lady working on the floor had said
“ we have none of them in the back we dont stock that big of size if you are that big you have you go to the mens section.”

And she didnt say it in a nice way either feel like the workers are very entitled and rude.

As well as this i can’t believe a company this worldwide dont stock any bigger than a large it is appalling in this day of age
Can tell when some companies are owned by skinny people🤣

Hated the whole experience long wait times for changing rooms AND to pay not only this but when going to the till the lady that served me was the rudest woman ever wasn’t interactive very moody couldnt care less about making us comfortable had an attitude that she was better than everyone else and when doing a 60 transaction on contactless my card declined because i had done contactless too many times and she gave me the dirtiest look ever as if i couldnt afford it made me so mad and uncomfortable ive never been in before and this was my first time the worst part is she looked like a manager and if it was she definitely doesn’t deserve her job she was the rudest most vulger person i have ever met and come across in retail stores.
