We called and asked for a gooseneck ball kit and were informed on 2 separate phone calls that they were in stock, we drove an hour to pickup the kit and when we arrived there were none to be found and were informed by an employee that he never looked on the shelf that is 10 feet from his phone to check if the product was in stock. We appreciate the lack of care that this company shows for their customers and hope that their success is reflected in how much they care. Thanks for wasting my time!
