4 times I've attempted to eat at this airport location. And all 4 times I've left with no food. I've been there 6 hours before close, 1 hour and inbetween. Each time they are out of the VAST MAJORITY of their ingredients minus bread. Even told me they couldn't do icecream of any kind though the ingredients were in plane site. The employees are rude and very unapologetic. Id waited an insane amount of time in line already and talked to the first employee about wanting to orded a milkshake which he said wouldnt be an issue...no communication Is or was the cashier just avoiding making my order. I loved potbelly when I lived in Texas. Wish I could enjoy it when I connect in the airport. This location needs help desperately. I can imagine how much revenue you're leaving on the table with these lost sales. In terminal C you have 2 other options...id plan on Chinese or Wendy's

A very pretty and easy spot for a picnic or a full on beach day. Drive right up and enjoy the water and sand. Its typically well maintained and feels safe. No public restrooms so make sure you plan for that.
