Out of the tons of bakeries out there, this is the only one I've seen that make their breads and pastries without any tran or hydrogenated fat, preservatives, food colouring, and additives. They make their breads with natural ingredients only. Please keep on making bread this way. Our body can't really process so much nasty fats and chemicals and we are slowly killing ourselves by eating those un-natural ingredients.
