The place is very lovely and cozy, amazing for rainy days. The staff, however, was not entirely nice. We were given bad looks for not speaking Italian...only English. Maybe they were having a bad day, I don't know, but im for sure that i was speaking nicely and I'm always nice for the employers of places i go. Anyways, I loved the cappuccino and the cake I bought, was delicious!

I've walked around 20 minutes just to go to palazzo Clerici, however, it was closed with no explicit reason ☹️ we've tried to ask the people around and no one could explain to us, unfortunately. Hopefully next year I can visit it.

Every park in Viseu is really well treated, cleaned. People take care of their city, that's great 😌
