I am going way back to the 50's when I went to the Association House on North Ave in Chicago. What great times they were for us young people. I lived right next door to "The Sose" as we called it. My favorite was the gym, where we played volleyball. But did everything there from woodwork to dancing....just hanging around all the time. The list goes on and on. Was hardbroken when I came back to visit and saw it was not there anymore....how sad. Just know that I am now 77 years old this May, and want the people that supported our beautiful home away from home to know how grateful we were that you took the time and financial support to help us young kids have a great childhood.
