Unprofessional. Inadequate customer service. I’ve been renting an apartment in Dubai, but I’ve never worked with an agent like Benish. I moved out from MAG property on January 31, 2023 but until now, I haven’t received my security deposit yet. I had twice set up a meeting with her, but she never showed up. I tried to get in touch with the company to assist me resolve the matter but it appears that they are supporting her actions. I’ve sent emails, reminders and calls numerous times, but they haven’t replied. They are easy to talk to at first but hold off until after you decide not to extend your contract. Very stressful and tiring to deal with them honestly. All I want is my security deposit back and you are making it very difficult for me.
