I am posting this review in response to David C's review below. The cleaning agents did a good job in cleaning up the place at the end of our tenancy, and were kind and patient enough to deal with a complicated situation.

The new tenant, David C, who was taking over my tenancy was not supposed to be on site at the time of the cleaning. However, he was there, and his presence obstructed the cleaning agents from doing their job. Not only did he verbally abuse the cleaning agents, he also abused the customer service staff of the company, Carol (whom I, as the paying customer who engaged CWCS's services, spoke to on the phone later). Towards the end of the cleaning, David C also exploited the cleaning agents by forcing them to help him move his personal items into the unit, locked them inside the unit, and refused to let them leave.

Despite this dramatic saga, upon checking, the unit was cleaned to satisfactory standards. The company was also kind enough to accede to additional demands of David C (beyond my control), such as providing additional equipment at their own cost, which were not part of the package.

Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning services and customer service. Thank you.
