I called apollo pharmacy with the meds name and also messaged over the whatsapp. To confirm I called them two times. First time they said, they'll check the message and second time they said, they are very busy and will see if they can deliver and hung up the call right away.
The person who calls to pharmacy is in need of meds and its an essential item, not luxurious item.
Secondly, even if you are busy or not atleast attend the person who is calling out of urgency. Also confirm if you can send the meds or not. With such response, I am not sure if they'll even deliver the meds or not
