I purchased Santoni shoes from this store, but unfortunately, the sole is coming loose. I filled out a contact form on their website on June 7th, but I haven't received any response to date. On June 11th, I sent a message via WhatsApp, but I haven't received any response either. They sell luxury brands, but their service falls far short of what one would expect with the products they sell. I would advise quickly passing by this store and not making any purchases there.
