Looks like a pub.
Has a bar.
And taps.
But it's an overpriced cafe.
I did have a very nice half of keg pale (no cask ales), though.
Just put off by the instructions not to leave your table. Not to order at the bar.
Eggs on toast was £13-50 plus service to help added to bill.
If I want waiter service, I'll go to a wine bar or wotnot.

A relaxed atmosphere in this local's bar.
You might have to locate the bar staff before ordering as they may be chatting with some locals.
I personally find that very heartwarming, especially in this area where most punters are suited after workers but this pub attracts actual members of the community.
Quite small but made to feel bigger as it's a bright and airy space. Feels cool on warm days.
They may not be equipped to have a huge range or provide swift service but they have a lot of soul from what I experienced. Fair pricing, too. And nice crisps.
Suggested improvements would be some plants inside and more tables outside if poss.
They do cask but only 1 or 2 if I remember correctly.

Depends what you're looking for in a pub.
I'd just visited Calthorpe Community Gdns 2 mins away. Sitting on a Chesterfield by the window, I got a sweet waft from the spray of lilies on the sill, like I was still in the gardens.
And the Redemption Session Pale on cask had some floral, lavender twangs before delivering a hoppy hoof to the back of the palate.
Maybe only 2 of the 3 cask pumps were on but a really tempting and varied selection on keg. Including a saison which you don't see every day of the week.
The hanging sign outside is faded in the sun, meaning it is easily overlooked if walking down Gray's Inn Rd.
Some might say the pub looks dated. Or in need of a refurb.
I've been in pubs where original woodwork and tiles are over-painted in slate grey to bring them "up-to-date".
Personally, I'd say this pub is pretty damn sick just the way it is.
Truly feels more like a sanctuary than just a pub.
And not just saying that coz I got my CAMRA discount!
