I highly recommend Dulcinella. Heaven in every bite of their Venezuelan-style Tres Leches Cake. Their Dulce de Leche Cheesecake is also a must-try. As someone from the Philippines which was also a colony of Spain for more than 3 centuries, Dulcinella reminds me of the food culture we have back home which we share with Latin American countries such as flan and empanada.
