The people who work at Orleans cycle are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I drive 20 minutes to take my bikes there for service rather than going somewhere closer to my home. It is located right on the bike path for easy Ride testing. They have a good variety of parts, tools, clothing and accessories.
