I did not use this facility at all. I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the owners deciding to call this place “Brooklyn Zoo”. I wasted an hour’s drive wanting to bring my son to an actual zoo only to realize it’s a gym. Did the thought never occurred to the people running this place that calling it the Brooklyn Zoo might be confusing and risks wasting other people’s time. If they really don’t mind being confusing, I’d like to suggest they open a coffee shop and call it Brooklyn Emergency Hospital. If anyone else reading this has also wasted their time because of a confusing name and knows of a way to bring a class action suit against the company to get monetary value for lost time, include me as a claimant.
