I am 100% satisfied with my son's birthday party here in the VIP bowling suite. This place was clean, well-maintained & with efficient staff. From their customer service to food & decoration to bowling experience to handing big group of kids for every ride to arcade fun, nothing could have been better.
Manager, Tasha is AMAZING at what she does. She is responsive, patient, insightful & a thorough professional.
Armani was GREAT. Speaking with her helped me plan this party exactly how I had imagined.
The person who stood out the most was JACK. He is FANTASTIC & SO WONDERFUL. He is upbeat, punctual, super accommodating, polite, intuitive, friendly, prompt & just goes above & beyond. He deserves an extra star for the hard work he put in to make my son's birthday successful.
We felt welcomed & so happy to have chosen this place to create some wonderful memories!! Excellence from everyone whom I have dealt with, really!! Give pats on the back all around & THANK YOU :)
