Very well organized place with detailed puzzles. I signed up for the Pierson's Mansion without knowing that it was the hardest of the rooms at the location. I got through a good chunk of the puzzles but unfortunately did not escape. Next time, I think I will start with one of the easier rooms.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. The decorations are fun and they have a lot of options for photos afterward. They gave good clues when we asked. The puzzles are challenging but solvable. It feels good when you solve one and get to the next step.
My one request is that the puzzle room difficulty should be listed on the website so people know what the difficulty is for the room they are selecting. The difficulty is listed on the door to each room but I could not find it anywhere online.
