The customer service is extremely poor. I came into the saloon at 5:30pm and waited till 7:15pm just to have an hair cut which I eventually didn't have. It is the only place where phone calls are made with loud voices. The only place barbers tell their customers good night, leaving them and going home while customers are waiting to be served.
