I've been looking for a house in Groningen for a few months and this has never happened to me.
This is a complainment about the customer service answering the phone.
I called just to ask for information in a polite and friendly way and an annoyed woman replied that she didn't feel like repeating the prices of the place because she had sent me an email and didn't have time to listen to me. I wait 10-15 minutes and no email arrives so I call back, the woman gets angry saying that the email would have arrived and that she was busy, I ask her to justify the tone of voice because I only asked her for information politely. At that point I tell her that I will call back tomorrow so if I don't receive the email today and she attacks me concluding with an "I DON'T CARE".
