The clinic itself is good, clean, professional but it took me two days to get in touch with the receptionist. I hope management sees this and hires extra staff because they are clearly unable to answer all calls, often sounding too busy putting me on hold before catching a hello, hanging up before I'm done with my queries (which takes a long time to get through if I even can) and more often than not diverting all calls to voice message stating their trading hours when I'm calling within opening hours.
