Unfortunately we had a staff member open our door at 5.30am with no warning. Pretty shocking when challenged they said someone reported a leaking hand basin. Well what was she going to do at 5.30am. Really disappointed that this happened. Seems to be a real unacceptable incident. Please ensure you have your door chain locked.
