Pretty solid gym but very crowded in the mornings. There are small lockers for bags that you can set the code to. There is also a locker room if you bring your own lock for day use.

Great place for a nice walk. A lot of dogs around. We parked in the neighborhood then walked all the way down to the beach. There are some nice views from atop the hill. I believe certain areas of the park are off leash zones for the doggos.

Beautiful view of the city and river from the bridge
