I think they picked the perfect name for this place. It really suits it. Good job, Maya Lin. 4.98 stars out of 5. Points deducted for not naming it the Bump Lawn.

Nice park with a cluster of trees good for hammocking, a playground, and BBQ spots along the river. There is ambient noise from the surrounding hospital buildings, but good vibes and river access. Revised my rating because I went there on fourth of July and the locals out on one hell of a show. Thank gods there was a river nearby.
