House of Nature (HON) is the home of alternative medicine in Abu Dhabi. I am currently taking Ayurveda sessions, and it feels light after each experience. It does not only cleanse the body but also boost blood circulation. Thanks to Anand, Ranjith, and Bobbie for taking turns in my ayurveda sessions, and i must say they are the experts in this field at HON.
I also had the chance to experience facial treatments like Arusha and Mirapeel, and Cooltech (non-invasive removal of excess fats in the body) under the expertise of Dr Arshia and her assistant, Lyn. It was an amazing experience. It feels rejuvenating, and I felt younger again after the treatments.
These treatments are highly recommended. And, i will keep coming back to House of Nature for my ayurveda, facial, and cooltech treatments. HON also offers other services like chiropractic, hijama, naturopathy, yoga, among others.
