Transparency and Honesty!
Ram the laser technician is amazing, patient, and a great asset to the facility. She is so detailed making sure she gets every area without missing a spot. I really liked her.
My first visit a MSC was good, I was seen at the time of my appointment and session went well with Ram.
My second visit wasn’t the best experience, I wasn’t seen at all because after waiting for almost an 1hr, I left. I think the receptionist can use training on scheduling time and appointments as it can be inconvenient for those who plan their day/sitters/etc around their scheduled appointment.
If im completely honest I think the customer service at this place can improve, appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and the replies.
However, the manager Naser (i believe this is his name) did understand the inconvenience this caused me and did schedule me another appointment and made sure technician were available on time. He was persistent and really showed he cared to continue to have my service.
The facility is quite outdated but clean. I think for the money, you can give this place an opportunity. If you’re thinking of doing laser at this place I recommend Ram.
