This place is completely hell. I went there with my 2.5 yrs old child at 9.00pm on 6th September'23 to get Rabis vaccine(2nd dose). After requesting several times and several doctors they ignored to give the vaccine. We went to Medina for Umrah. My hotel was in haram area. After explaining all these they told me to go another hospital to get the vaccine because, they were busy with other patients( as per their saying). I had become so helpless because, I didn't know much about that locality and my another 5 yrs old child was also with me. I was about to cry - what to do. At last, i was bound to go another hospital with my children that night. This was a horrible experience.

I want to ask the authority- Why is this negligence towards the Umrah patients? Thousands of people go to perform Umrah throughout the year from my country. If the Saudi health sector isn't smooth enough to the Umrah pilgrims then people will be in a fix while staying there for Umrah.

I humbly request the Saudi government to look into this matter and ensure a good medical facility for the Umrah pilgrims.
