Came in to get some things for my 5 year old son. The staff initially ignored us even though it wasn't busy. When I asked about youth hats the gal working rattled off some hate size numbers and walked away. I had to start pulling hats down myself. She finally helped me a little with finding the youth jeans and belts, but I really didn't feel very welcome. I tried to be enging and mentioned my son has taken up horseback riding and she just smiled disinterestingly and walked away. I was really surprised at the cold shoulder, maybe because we weren't "regulars"??? We spent over a hundred dollars and THEN they seemed to warm up a bit. But we'll go elsewhere next time. They get the the two stars for selection and cleanliness but just so disappointed in the customer service.
